Sometimes, you just want to know…
There have been so many changes to my life in the past few months that I wondered if others saw me differently, did others see me the same, well shit dayum what the hell did other people think about me. I decided to do a little exploration, a little exploration of self. I prepared a memo that I passed to a few friends of mine who were awake at the time I decided to conduct this investigation. Only one question was asked “Who is Jezabell Barbosa”, no further instructions given, only one requirement asked of the participants-to use their name on this blog. Sound simple? I thought so. I ignored all questions regarding this inquiry. I have no time limit; I allowed for no revisions, I did not edit responses. Responses have been listed in the order that they were received.

Interesting responses. Curiously, I did not expect some of these responses. Do they give me an insight to who I am? Yes, in a way they do. Moreover, this little inquiry gives me more insight on what I present as myself. Is there congruency between who I really am and the 'me' I present to the world at large? As always any exploration only bring more questions. How do I appear to others and does their judgment of me, alter me?
